A returning customer, Hi-Rel Lids in Harleston were expanding into an additional site. The unit was an empty shell which the APS Projects team have transformed into several different working areas & offices. This fit out included partition walls, suspended ceilings, replacement doors & windows, decoration, flooring and building regulations.
We were facing challenges with overcrowding at our existing site so needed to take on an additional premises lease to allow us to support our customers with the increase of work we were experiencing.
The additional site has allowed for us to meet our customers requirements and has enabled us to use the space freed up in our existing premises in a more efficient and safe manner.
