A returning customer, NET LED Lighting were looking to create additional space within their existing premises, they enlisted the help of the APS Projects team to transform a portion of their storage space into a first floor production area and showroom. This fit out included a mezzanine floor, fire protection, partition walls, decoration, electrics, flooring, suspended ceilings, and building regulations.
Following Covid and the impact this had on imported goods the board took a strategic decision to onshore more manufacturing, e.g made in Britain. To create more workable space within our existing premises we decided to install a mezzanine floor, this has given us a dedicated clean manufacturing area for LED Street Lights, this should enable sales growth in 2023.
Having physically moved into the space it became evident that we had more space than envisaged, so have since subdivided the area to create a dedicated showroom for customers.
APS have carried out many projects for us over the last 5 years, it was a natural decision to work with them again having the confidence on the quality and knowing the work would be carried out efficiently and at fair cost.
