Contact us for peace of mind on your commercial fit out project management.
We begin our project management phase as soon as a proposal has been approved. From the first day on site to final completion our contracts team will ensure everything is running smoothly.
30 Years’ Experience
We have 30 years of experience helping expand businesses across East Anglia. First of all our dedicated team carefully plan each build and are always on hand to answer any questions. In addition to this, an essential part of our process is to ensure each build is kept on time and on budget. Our on-site supervisors also manage the day-to-day progression of the work. We have regular site meetings to check on progress and discuss the finishing details.
Safety Is Key
Health and safety considerations are paramount to us and we are committed to running a safe site. Before a project starts all the health and safety procedures will be in place. This ensures we fully comply with all CDM regulations and will include everything from welfare facilities to site inductions.
Building Applications
Furthermore, building regulations and planning permission may also be required depending on the type work undertaken. Our project managers incorporate these building control applications into the project. This guarantees the finished design is fully compliant with emergency routes and fire rating.
Precision Project Management
As a scheduling tool, we provide a project planner to agree the completion time frame. Every stage of the installation is planned out around our customer’s deadlines or workflow. This includes mezzanine floors, suspended ceilings, partitioning, flooring, furniture, kitchens, washrooms, plumbing, lights, electrics, data cabling, flooring & air conditioning. We manage all of the trades to ensure everything happens at exactly the right time.
Efficiency is key to every business so we aim to complete the work with minimal disruption. We would love to hear about your upcoming commercial interior project in Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridgeshire to see how we can help.
